An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a formal assessment of the safety and condition of your property's electrical installation. Onyx Electrical Solutions carries out EICRs for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across Greater Manchester. Legally required every 5 years for rental properties, an EICR ensures your electrical installation is safe and up to standard.
What We Offer
All work is carried out by a City & Guilds qualified, NICEIC-approved electrician. We provide full certification on completion and notify Building Control under Part P where required.
